Gencoa understand the demands of the different PVD process environments and have developed a wide range of customised aspects to the cathode designs. These have been rationalised into optional extra features that can be added when the situation demands.

Most of the choices are related to the cathode mouting style, anode design and target clamping options. Less common options include specific paint colour on rear saftey shield, differentially pumped o-rings and humidity seals. Other aspects such as type of water and power connectors can generally be supplied to the customers specification.
