ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation

Gencoa are pleased to announce that they have attained ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. All aspects of the business from R&D, Design and Production have been assessed and met the required criteria. Gencoa have revised and formalised all their operating proceedures (still on-going) and now have a well structured and efficient business model and operation. This is driving our prime aims to deliver completely to our customers expectations - right first time & on-time.

California Technical and Sales Support

From September 2007 Sarah Powell from Gencoa will be based in the Bay Area / San Jose to offer local technical and sales support to our customers. Sarah has extensive knowledge relating to both modelling and process know-how  gained during her 8 years at Gencoa. She will be available to provide on-site support for magnetron commissioning, Speedflo process tuning and general sputter process assistance. She will also be the local sales contact for the California region.
