Working to Lean Manufacturing principles Gencoa develops, designs the and assembles the manufactured products. Fabrication and machining of the parts are subcontracted to a range of  partner companies who prepare the parts to Gencoa's drawings and quality standards. Gencoa only use ISO accredited supply companies. Once the parts are received, Gencoa perform a quality assurance check followed by  cleaning and final assembly. Once finished the product is passed for a number of test proceedures.

Sales agents / distributors located around the world and 95% of output is exported from the UK
