Working to Lean Manufacturing principles Gencoa develops and designs the manufactured products. Production of the parts required are subcontracted to 6 partner companies, then Gencoa perform the QA check, cleaning and final assembly / test proceedures.

Sales agents / distributors located around the world and 95% of output is exported from the UK
